Antprint AP-A4pro2 is the 2nd generation upgrade UV flatbed printer, it is upgraded from our model AP-A4pro model. UV printer is a kind of multifunctional inkjet printing machine that can print on nearly any materials, such as metal, wood, glass, pvc, ceramic, leather, etc.

Based on the max printing A4 size 21*30cm, max thickness with 12cm, you can use it for printing on many different materials products, such as phone case, pvc cards, golf ball, wood board, charger and so on.

Humanized Operation Interface

The printer has added a humanized operation interface. Your right hand can conveniently control the printer’s platform forward, backward, and forward movements of the printer directly on the printer operation panel. Functions such as left and right movement, automatic nozzle cleaning, nozzle detection, etc.

Precise Scales On The Platform

The printer’s platform is used to hold the printed product. We use a laser engraving machine to engrave very precise scales on the platform. The printer platform with precise scales can help the operator easily locate the position of the product to be printed.

Ink Alarm System

Ink alarm system: promptly reminds the operator to add ink before the ink run out, so there is no need to worry about refilling the ink because the ink tube enters the air due to forgetting to add ink.

White Ink Circulation System

White ink circulation system allows UV white ink to continuously circulate and flow, effectively avoiding nozzle clogging caused by ink precipitation; Coupled with the printer’s automatic flash printing function, these two systems are very effective in preventing nozzle clogging, thereby avoiding the problem of lack of color during the printing process.

500ml size waste ink bottle

A more reasonable positoin design of the waste ink bottle, from the original upper right rear to the lower right rear, is more in line with the principles of air pressure and liquid flow, and prevents waste ink from splashing out during automatic cleaning.

dust-proof and protective cover

A dust-proof and protective cover is added to effectively prevent printing from being affected by emergencies when the machine is working. It also prevents dust from mixing with ink to generate images, affecting the final printing effect
