For our defaul shipping solution, A3 or bigger than a3 size printer, they will sent by sea + door to door + free customs tax fee solution.

If your printer is small a4 size or other small parts, it will be the Fedex, DHL or UPS etc.

If your printer / products are delivery by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX), you can check via our website : Shipment Tracking. Just fill your tracking number and you will find the tracking information.

If your printers / products was sent by sea + door to door + free customs tax fee. Then you can contact us and our sales manager will offer you the special official website to track the information.

We accept the full payment before shipment, you can pay via Bank transfer, Western union, PAYPAL, Credit Card , master card and so on! Of course, if you can visit us offline, you also can pay via cash directly.

- Yes, uv dtf printer is developed from the uv flatbed printer. It use the same uv ink for printing on the uv dtf film A (glue side).

- UV dtf film sticker label that can work on nearly any materials except the pure rubber materials. Most people use it for stick on the metal, wood, glass, pvc, ceramic, acrylic, leather, stone and so on.

1. If you choosen our roll in roll model uv dtf printer AP-1F or AP-2F, there is no need to buy the laminator anymore.

2. If your printer is flatbed uv dtf printer, such as AP-A4pro uv dtf printer, AP-A3pro uv dtf printer, you need ready for one set laminator machine for your business.

There are different film size!

Roll in roll uv dtf film size is 31cm or 60cm width, 100m or 50cm for one set.

The membrane of the sheet is generally with A4 (21*29cm) size and A3 size (33*42cm)

Yes, there are golden and silver uv dtf film, their price is different from the normal transparent film, please know it!

- UV printer that can print most 99% materials directly, but there are special 4 materials: metal, glass, ceramic and pp materials. If you want to print 4 of them, you need spray the coating firstly, and then print. After that, the printed images will be waterproof & sunproof & scratchproof!

- Tshirt is a kind of soft materials, and it always stay with human skin, so uv printer can add textile ink for printing on your tshirt, and you can turn off the uv light before printing.

UV Printer that can print most 99% materials directly, no need any pretreatment.

But for these 4 materials, we need spray coating and the printing, so we can keep the printed images be waterproof & sunproof and scratchproof.

• Glass coating: special for glass printing.
• Metal coating: special for metal materials.
• Ceramic coating: special for printing on the ceramic.
• PP coating: special for the PP materials.

Different nozzles have different characteristics. The most expensive one is not necessarily the best. The one that suits you best is the best choice!

1. EPSON Printhead: The main advantage of this nozzle is its high precision. It is the most precise nozzle in the field of printers/printers. Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages. The effect produced by Epson nozzles is small and delicate.

2. Konica Printhead: Mainly suitable for outdoor wide-format advertising. Konica nozzles have large nozzles and thick ink dots, which are suitable for pattern printing that does not require precision.

3. Ricoh printheads: combine Epson precision and Seiko speed, making them the best choice for high-end products. The Ricoh G5 nozzle is the nozzle with the highest printing accuracy after the Epson nozzle. However, the price of G5 is on the high side: about 2500-3600 dollars per unit. The price of other models ranges from 1200 to more than 1600 dollars/set.

4. Toshiba Printhead: Toshiba's ink dots are 6PL, which is a little larger than Epson's 3.5PL, but the printing speed is twice as fast as Epson's and about the same as Ricoh G4's.

- DTF Printer also called direct to film printer.

- No, they are different, and dtf ink is different from the uv ink as well.

You will need to ready the dtf printer + powder + dtf film + shaking machine + heating machine.

DTF can print on tote bags, fanny packs, purses, drawstring bags, and many other types of bags. Flags/Banners. DTF printing doesn't have to be limited to wearable fabrics. Other items like flags, banners, and tablecloths can be printed on, for events and fairs.

- The full name of dtg printer is direct to garment printer. It is a kind of inkjet printer that can print design on your tshirt, socks, hat such fabrics directly.

Light tshirt no need the white layer, so we can use the dtg printer direct to print on the tshirt directly.

Normally speaking, the dark tshirt need white layer printing, so we need to spray fixing agent on tshirt firstly, heating for drying, and then print white ink + colorful ink by one pass.

1 Liter ink can print about 100 SQ.M. For example, if your tshirt printed with logo size 30*20cm, 1 set ink is 2.5 liter totally, so it can print about 4166 pcs tshirt.

Yes, it's easy to learn. 99% of our customers are novices. Generally, with the knowledge of our online engineers, we can learn to install, operate and complete the daily training of the machine in 1-2 hours.

- Yes, all of our wall printer has the uv system, so it can work with uv ink for different materials vertical printing, such as metal, ceramic, acrylic and so on.

- Yes, we have one "M" seriels wall printer that not only can do the vertical mural wall printing, but also can help you print on the ground directly!

UV ink need work with uv system, but pigment ink no need.

UV ink Application: work on the different materials, such as metal, wood, glass, pvc, acrylic, ceramic etc. Also there are white uv ink, so it can work on the dark background wall.

Pigment ink only has CMYK 4 color, just work on teh normal white wall, also can not print on the other different materials.

Our default maximum printing height for wall printers is 2.5M high, and there is no limit to the printable width. We will configure 3 sets of horizontal guide rails for you. When you finish printing the front part, you can splice the front guide rails to the back part and continue printing!

Yes, we can customize different sizes for customers, but this will incur some customization fees. Please consult our sales colleagues for details!
