Ceramic Tile Primer / Coating for UV Printing

UV Printer that can print on most 99% materials directly. But for the ceramic materials, we must spray the special ceramic tile coating / primer firstly, then the printed quality can be scratchproof and waterproof !

What is the process to use this ceramic primer?

Clean your ceramic tile before spray the coating.
Use the electric spray gun to spray the ceramic primer on the ceramic surface where you want to do the uv printing.
Wait for 15-20 minutes for drying.
UV printing on the ceramic.
Wait for 24 hours for the totally drying, and then do the scratchproof ability testing.

How to Spray ceramic coating

If you just for little testing before batch (spray) printing, an electric spray gun is a good choice because it can help you apply a good tile coating very evenly and quickly.

How long should i wait for drying before testing?

If you just for uv printing, 15-20 minutes later can be printed.
If you want to test the firmness ability, please wait for about 24 hours (after printing) for testing.
